We now know about the crazy, amazing night Garth Brooks gave his queen on her bday Instagram/@trishayearwood

Garth Brooks promised he’d have to carry Trisha Yearwood through the front door when they got home from celebrating her birthday earlier this week. Now, we know why.

She was dancing her butt off at the Bruno Mars concert in Louisville, Kentucky.

Though you might not suspect it, Trisha is a huge R&B fan. She’s got just about every song Prince ever recorded in her collection, and we spotted her in the crowd for Beyoncé’s concert in Nashville last year.

Trisha posted the sweetest picture of her and Garth watching the show, along with a clip of Bruno performing the ultra-sexy song “Versace on the Floor.”

Trisha says in the caption, “Thank you for all of your birthday messages and cakes 🎂! Garth surprised me with a trip to Louisville to see @BrunoMars! I know it was my birthday, but I’m not sure who had more fun! Xoxo.”

So, could all this R&B influence show up on the music Trisha’s currently cooking up? She’s not saying exactly what musical projects she’s working on, but Trisha tells Rare Country she plans to have new music ready in 2018. It’s just been hard to focus on getting in the studio since she’s on the road touring with Garth, while also hosting her Emmy-winning Food Network series, “Trisha’s Southern Kitchen.”

“I have lots of music dreams,” Trisha tells Rare Country. “For me, with the TV show and the tour, frankly, new music has been impossible to even start. But it’s tapping me on the shoulder. That is my soul. That is what I feel like I have to do. So, the tour in this form ends in December, but there will be more time for me. So, January, I’m listening to songs, and I’ve got two projects I’m working on. So, I’m thinking you’ll get a lot of new music from me in 2018.”

That news is music to our ears, Miss Yearwood!
