Some artists could sing the phone book and dazzle us, and Lee Brice is easily one of those country stars. His penetrating voice is a mix of grit, honey, whiskey and warmth, and it seems to have a direct line to your soul, whether rowdy-ing it up in a party thumper or soothing the spirit in a heartfelt ballad.
Now Lee is escorting the Christmas season in with his own breathtaking version of the traditional holiday classic, “O Holy Night,” and the companion video is just as beautiful.
Set against a dark background with glistening trees and a bright, ethereal light beaming from above, handsome and insanely talented Lee effortlessly delivers the message of the birth of Jesus in this favorite seasonal song.
Lee’s rendition of “O Holy Night” is part of the new holiday album, “Winter Wonderland,” which also features selections from Lee’s current and former label mates Jerrod Niemann, Rodney Atkins, Tim McGraw, American Young, Steve Holy, Love & Theft and more.
This Sumter, South Carolina, native is also one of the few country stars that is still burning up the road. After a Thanksgiving break, Lee has tour dates into December that include a run through Texas.
