We don’t know how she does it, but Carrie Underwood gets more beautiful with every passing year. Just watch her latest teaser for NBC’s new “Sunday Night Football” opener for the proof.
Her stunning red outfit shows off those legendary legs as she leads a pack of NFL stars on an outdoor parade of sorts.
Carrie says, “The open is set in different football towns. We have all these different stars in their element. I go through these scenarios and everybody follows me and we all end up together. It’s a lot of fun to get together and do this.”
Carrie’s look in that red dress definitely makes a statement to set this opening apart from all of her previous ones. She also hit the studio to add some new touches to the “Sunday Night Football” theme song, “Oh, Sunday Night,” which is a rewrite of Carrie’s hit with Miranda Lambert, “Somethin’ Bad.”
Carrie says, “They definitely make it a point to want things look different, even [to go] back into the studio and refresh the song a bit. That’s fun to take a song, and it’s like, ‘Well what else can we do with this, because we want it to feel like it’s a different year?’ ”
You can see the Carrie’s new “Sunday Night Football” opening September 10 at 8 p.m. ET on NBC just before the Dallas Cowboys take on the New York Giants.
