Luke Bryan has one rule for his fans – no touching his butt. Yes, seriously! But when 88-year-old grandmother Frances Stanaway came backstage for a meet-and-greet in Kansas City in July, she got herself a handful of that booty, and Luke good-naturedly went right along with it.

Did we mention Frances, who lives in a local nursing home and is battling a terminal illness, was wearing a specially made sweatshirt that read, “Shake it for me, Luke” across the front? And she even showed up with gifts for the country superstar.
