LANCO has had quite the breakout year. “Greatest Love Story” was one of our favorite songs of 2017, not to mention the wedding song of the year! Now, the band is just finishing up its debut album, set for release in early 2018.

The band was founded in 2013 and began recording together after meeting noted record producer Jay Joyce (Eric Church, Little Big Town) at a Keith Urban concert in Nashville. LANCO consists of bandmates Brandon Lancaster (lead vocals), Chandler Baldwin (bass), Jaren Hampton (keyboards), Tripp Howell (drums) and Eric Steedly (guitar).

The band members, who come from Tennessee, Kentucky, and Georgia, each bring their own musical influences to the group, and the resulting sound is a rich collection of contemporary country and catchy pop beats that are gaining attention and fans. The music is a match for their onstage delivery, which is equally energetic.

Their biggest hit to date, the Gold-certified “Greatest Love Story,” provided the soundtrack to countless proposals, weddings, and love stories around the country this year, and even reached outside the country format to appear on the all-encompassing “Billboard” Hot 100 chart.
