When “Whiskey Lullaby” was released in 2007, many country fans were moved by the song’s sad lyrics, as well as by Brad Paisley and Allison Krauss’ powerful delivery.

Ten years later, another generation of country music fans is feeling those emotions all over again thanks to country music’s rising stars Brett Young and Carly Pearce. The two, who were on the road together as part of Brett’s “Caliville Tour,” joined their voices on “Whiskey Lullaby” onstage, and took it to brand new heights for the fans in attendance.

“These first few shows have been an absolute blast, and they have me so excited for every single stop on this tour,” Brett said in a recent press release. “The fans are bringing such an incredible energy.”

There is no doubt that these two are making quite an impression on country music in general. In fact, on Oct. 30, it was announced that “Every Little Thing’ singer Carly would be going on the road with country superstar Blake Shelton on his 2018 “Doing It To Country Songs Tour,” alongside Brett Eldredge and special guest Trace Adkins.
