Miley Cyrus pulled out all the stops when she took the stage at the iHeartRadio Music Festival on Sept. 23.

Prior to busting out the classic hit that’s been covered by such names like Loretta Lynn, Jessica Simpson and Jewel, Miley told the audience, “This next one is the first time we’ve ever done this song. But it just feels appropriate.”

Then the famous bass line opened up the tune, as Miley began to incorporate an Elvis-inspired leg move into her performance. She then dazzled onlookers with her signature raspy vocals and sexy twang, while dressed up in sparkly, thigh-high black boots and armed with her acoustic guitar.
