We now have a clue just how rich “The Beverly Hillbillies” really were.
The massive Bel Air Estate they used as the Clampett family mansion on the classic sitcom is on the market for the first time in 30 years. You’ll want to sit down before we tell you how much it’s going for, though.
This 10.3 acre spread is on the market for $350 million.
You read that right. It’s the most expensive real estate price in the country right now, according to “Fortune.”
The home is a true palace in the middle of one of Los Angeles’ most exclusive neighborhoods. The main home is 25,000 square feet, and the guest house is 5,700 square feet. The estate also boasts an underground parking garage for 40 cars, a ballroom, a tennis court and a world-class wine cellar.
Of course, “The Beverly Hillbillies” estate comes with a huge 75-foot pool as well as sweeping views of the ocean and downtown Los Angeles.
