The home is a true palace in the middle of one of Los Angeles’ most exclusive neighborhoods. The main home is 25,000 square feet, and the guest house is 5,700 square feet. The estate also boasts an underground parking garage for 40 cars, a ballroom, a tennis court and a world-class wine cellar.

Of course, “The Beverly Hillbillies” estate comes with a huge 75-foot pool as well as sweeping views of the ocean and downtown Los Angeles.
