Most couples who have newborn babies need a little time before they can even think about adding to the family. You might think with a toddler and an infant in arms at home, Thomas Rhett and wife Lauren Akins might need a little bit of a breather before they grow their brood. And maybe they will, but that doesn’t mean the new dad isn’t planning for future expansion.

Thomas appeared on the nationally syndicated “Ty, Kelly & Chuck” radio show on August 31 and was all too happy to talk about his beautiful daughters, Willa Gray and Ada James. Thomas explained to the radio show hosts how his girls’ names mostly evolved from members of both his and Lauren’s families, but that Ada’s first name came to Lauren in a dream.

But it’s what he said next that has us most excited.

“We’re really trying to stick to a bunch of family names, especially going forward having more babies,” he said.

Hmmmm …

While the radio hosts didn’t follow up, we have questions.

Like, how many babies? When? We need a timeline, man!

Obviously, we’re kidding about needing specifics, and completely respect their privacy. But we aren’t joking one bit about being excited to watch this precious family grow.
