While Kelsea Ballerini managed to emerge as a major country music star in just a few years, she knows how hard it is for female artists to break through in the genre, and has always been supportive of other up-and-coming women. That support took the form of an epic party June 26, when she invited a group of rising young stars to her Nashville home for a fun-filled girls’ night.

Among those in attendance were singers Lauren Alaina, Cassadee Pope, Carly Pearce, Lindsay Ell, Brooke Eden, Maggie Rose, Kalie Shorr, Kelleigh Bannen and Bailey Bryan.

Earlier in the day, Kelsea told Rare Country she was nervous because she’d never thrown a party before and didn’t know what games she should play with her guests. Despite that, it looks like a great time was had by all!

Lauren Alaina, by the way, took the opportunity clear up any confusion (or did she?) for fans who think she and Kelsea resemble each other.

Kelsea also released her brand-new (and tear-jerking) video for “Legends” on June 29, and her fellow female stars, including Maren Morris, Lady Antebellum’s Hillary Scott, and partygoers Cassadee, Carly, Kalie and Bailey, have reacted with enthusiasm, as you can see in their tweets below.

Now we’re thinking of launching a singing career just so we can score an invitation to Kelsea’s next shindig!
