But for fans of Reba McEntire, the country great has always kept a bit more of a lid on her personal life. So when a piece of property comes up for sale that she once called home, there is much interest … again.

Recently, a 10-acre section of Reba’s former Tennessee property that was already sold in July was put back up for sale by the buyer. According to The Tennessean, “The home, along with a smaller barn with apartment, pool house, pool, tennis court and boat dock will go back on the market after Labor Day for $2.95 million.”

Fans will remember that the entire 83-acre property was sold earlier this year for a reported $5 million. Yet, buyers might not be too happy to find out that a good portion of the property is expected to become a 15-home subdivision, virtually erasing some amazing country music history of one of the genre’s biggest stars.
