It seems whenever Luke Bryan marks another birthday, he gets surprised with one of the coolest cakes.

This time was no different.

The country superstar, who turned 41-years-old on July 17, celebrated two days early during his “Huntin’, Fishin’, and Lovin’ Every Day Tour” stop at Progressive Field in Cleveland.

Luke’s wife Caroline and eldest son Thomas “Bo” Boyer were on hand to share in their loved one’s birthday celebration. They even joined Luke’s team in singing “Happy Birthday” to him backstage.

The moment, which is featured in the latest edition of Luke’s popular “LBTV” web series, shows the entertainer looking surprised when his eyes land on the large and beautifully decorated salmon-shaped cake sitting on a table.

“Oh, well look at that. That’s an awesome cake,” he says before getting serenaded by family and friends and blowing out the candles.

Marking Luke’s birthday on the road has become quite a tradition for his family and crew. Last year, he spent his 40th b-day onstage with opening acts Little Big Town and Dustin Lynch. Caroline, who was also there, rolled out a Chippendale dancer-inspired cake that she had specially made for her man.

Luke’s wife is known for coming up with out-of-the-box cake creations for her hubby’s birthday. And while we don’t know whether or not the fish-shaped cake was her idea, it looks like he loved it either way!
