In the middle of a perfectly quiet Thursday afternoon, Lady Antebellum made an announcement that rocked country fans, and perhaps a couple of cradles.

On their Instagram page, the trio shared a photo of the next generation of Lady Antebellum—Hillary Scott, Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood’s children, often referred to as “Baby Bellum.” In the caption they write, “Well, #BabyBellum round two is on the way! We’re thrilled to announce the Haywoods are welcoming a girl this December, AND the Tyrrells are expecting in February 2018!!” The Tyrrells are Hillary and her husband, LadyA drummer Chris Tyrrell.

OK, let’s take inventory.

Charles was the first member of Lady Antebellum to tie the knot in 2009. He and wife Cassie McConnell celebrated the first birthday of their son, Ward, in February of this year.

Dave married music industry exec Kelli Cashiola in April of 2012. Little Cash Van Haywood will be three in September.

Hillary and Chris tied the knot in January of 2012. Their daughter, Eisele, just turned four.

As special as a new baby announcement is for anyone, it has to be especially sweet for Hillary after suffering a heartbreaking miscarriage in 2015. The life-changing event inspired the award-winning artist to write the Grammy-winning song “Thy Will” for her faith-based album, “Love Remains,” that was recorded with her family and also won a two Grammy Awards (one each for the song and album).

This awesome news is just the most recent in the 2017 country baby boom that actually started late last year.

Congratulations to Lady Antebellum and Baby Bellum on the upcoming additions!
