RARE COUNTRY AWARDS: Watch the recap of this year's award winners and live performances by Kane Brown, LANCO & RaeLynn

Chances are that country duo Dan + Shay’s new song, “How Not To,” will be a huge radio hit. Featured on the group’s second album, “Obsessed,” the song showcases the group’s distinctive harmonies and powerful lyrics, which is why their songs become winners both on the charts and within their fans’ hearts.

But, that’s not what you will remember about this song.

You will remember so much more, thanks to the song’s video.

In what just might be the most raw and gripping video of 2017 thus far, “How Not To” tells the story of a man and woman who meet at an Alcoholic’s Anonymous meeting and bond together as they try to remain sober. While Shay Mooney and Dan Smyers take somewhat of a backseat to the powerful storyline, the two main characters serve as the powerful backbone to the video, which seems more like a heartbreaker of a documentary compared to yet another run-of-the-mill music video.

From run-ins to breakdowns, the video showcases all of the heartbreaking pieces of any addict’s timeline and shows that, sometimes, sad stories can have happy endings.

And once again, Dan + Shay show that they are not just another country duo looking for the next big hit. Instead, this video once again shows the duo’s undeniable hearts.
