Blake Shelton is one of the funniest guys in country music. So, when you pair him up with comedian Chelsea Handler, hilarity is bound to ensue.

The two proved that when they showcased their comedic chemistry on a new edition of “Carpool Karaoke: The Series” — inspired by “The Late Late Show” host James Corden.

In this sneak peak trailer for the upcoming episode, which will be available to stream Oct. 3 on Apple Music, Chelsea serves as the driver. She boogies in her seat while Blake, who rides shotgun, belts out his 2009 hit, “Hillbilly Bone.” Then Chelsea tries her best at singing along to A-ha’s 1984 hit “Take On Me,” but fails, causing Blake to compare her vocal skills to “Star Wars” character Darth Vader.

Before you know it, the two celebs are taking shots at a bar.

“I’ve never wanted to drink so badly in my life,” Blake jokes before he breaks into Bon Jovi’s “Livin’ On A Prayer,” while singing into his fist.

“Why do you have to put the fake microphone [on],” Chelsea asks Blake. “Just sing. Why do you have to pretend?”

“It’s an air microphone,” he replies.
