A country music singer will soon be walking down the aisle to say “I do.” And, we can’t help but gush over how head-over-heels they seem to be for one another!
The name Corey Kent White might ring a bell for fans that keep up with NBC’s “The Voice.” He’s the guy who just proposed to “the one” — Dayna Dendy.
On Oct. 9, Corey announced the news of the couple’s engagement via Instagram. He posted an adorable photo of him and his soon-to-be wife with sweet caption, “Here comes forever! January 7, 2017.”
The photo shows Corey hoisting up his future bride, while she wraps her legs around her man. But, the most eye-catching part of all is that Dayna is flaunting her new ring!
Prior to getting down on one knee, Corey competed on Team Blake during season 8 of the hit reality singing competition series. Blake fought over the talented singer with former coach Pharrell Williams during the highly competitive blind auditions. Corey impressed the coaches with his rendition of Zac Brown Band’s “Chicken Fried.”
Corey ended up soaring all the way to the Top 8 with his renditions of popular country hits like Tim McGraw’s “Live Like You Were Dying,” Hunter Hayes’ “I Want Crazy” and Garth Brooks’ “Make You Feel My Love.”
Check out the video below to re-live Corey’s blind audition. Rare Country sends a big congratulations to the happy couple!
