The lineup of country stars performing at events surrounding the inauguration of Donald Trump just got bigger. Larry Gatlin & the Gatlin Brothers have signed on to perform at the Black Tie & Boots 2017 Inaugural Ball in Washington, D.C. on Thursday, Jan. 19.
The event is sponsored by the Texas State Society and is expected to draw more than 15,000 guests.
Larry hails from Texas, so this gig is a natural fit for him as an avid Trump supporter.
He says, “Purdy’ girls from TEXAS, old friends from TEXAS, a little music by some TEXANS, and WE WON! What more could a person wish for?”
Among the other artists performing at the Black Tie & Boots 2017 Inaugural Ball are Tim Rushlow of Little Texas fame, Larry Stewart of Restless Heart and Lonestar’s Richie McDonald. Big & Rich and Rascal Flatts lead singer Gary LeVox are set to perform at other events in D.C. surrounding President-elect Trump’s inauguration on Jan. 20.
