You must have guts to be a NASCAR driver. You need the confidence to push that accelerator to its limits, head into those speedway corners and scrape bumpers with other drivers at over 200 miles per hour.

Danica Patrick has those kinds of guts not only on the track, but also on yachts.

In a video shared on August 31, Danica showed off a recent stunt she pulled off during a vacation she recently took with boyfriend and fellow driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr. “I think I am going to have a throwback post for a full week just to ease myself off of @stenhousejr,” she wrote alongside a video in which she swung on a rope hanging off the side of a yacht before letting go and crashing crash into the blue-green water below.

Her vacation time, which has now come to an end since NASCAR drivers are set to get back on the track on Darlington Raceway September 3, was spent doing a ton of activities, from jumping off boats to more relaxing times sitting with friends. There was also a lot of working out.

“Some call me a little crazy for working out on vacation, they are probably right,” fitness buff Danica wrote in an August 30 Instagram post that showed her doing just that. “Made me feel good and gave everyone something to laugh about. Every morning I would watch the sun rise at 6:30, drink some coffee and work out before breakfast. It was awesome.”

Epic 30th for @stenhousejr. 🙌🏼
