We are not sure what is in the water on pit road these days, but one thing is for sure – NASCAR hasn’t seen a baby boom like this in a long, long time. At the moment, we have Ty Dillon’s baby girl due any day, Joey Logano and Kevin Harvick’s respective wives are due in January, and of course Dale Earnhardt Jr. and wife Amy’s little one due in May.

And now, there is another little one to add to the NASCAR baby mix.

“Can’t wait for Owen to be a big brother,” NASCAR driver Kyle Larson said in an Instagram post on Nov. 7 alongside an adorable pic of 3-year-old Owen holding some ultrasound pics. “Baby number 2 is coming in May 2018! @katelyn_sweet and I are so excited for this new chapter in our lives,” he added. “Owen loves being around babies and has already been talking about how he’s going to share all of his toys!! We will see if that comes true.”

Kyle’s love Katelyn Sweet also weighed in with her thoughts on the wonderful news. “Owen is going to be a big brother,” she wrote. “We are so excited and blessed to announce that we will be welcoming Baby Larson #2 in May 2018.”

Everyone here at Rare Country sends their heartfelt congratulations to the happy family!
