Brett Eldredge is one smooth country crooner, and this holiday performance of “Winter Wonderland” will show you why he’s among the best singers we’ve got in the format today.

Brett was on the bill for this year’s “CMA Country Christmas” special, where he sang his own version of the classic song. “Winter Wonderland” is included on Brett’s 2016 Christmas album, “Glow,” which he just released on vinyl for this holiday season. Brett tells Rare Country this project is meant to be heard on a record player.

He says, “Just let it run. Drink some whiskey. Fire up the fireplace. If you don’t have a fireplace, just turn on the TV, ’cause they got channels for that now.”

As for his appearance on “CMA Country Christmas,” Brett says having Reba McEntire host the show this year made it that much more special.

“I love her spirit,” Brett says of the famous redhead. “She is a master at getting people to love life and love music and escape from the world. She’s an amazing soul. Who doesn’t love Reba?”

Once the holiday season is done, Brett will be gearing up for “The Long Way Tour,” launching April 5 in Idaho.

And if you missed “CMA Country Christmas” when it aired earlier this week, ABC Television Network is scheduled to rebroadcast it on Dec. 23.
