There are many sides to Brantley Gilbert.

There is the tough-looking side with the chains and the tattoos. There is the sweet side when he talks about his wife and the baby on its way. And then there is the side that shines through when it’s just Brantley, out in the middle of nowhere, being who he truly is away from the glare of the spotlight.

That’s the Brantley we already love, and now countless more people are learning to love thanks to a new spot he recently did for Apple Music. The commercial, which originally aired during the Brickyard 400 back on July 23, has now been released in an extended version that fans are eating up.

“It’s kind of a peek into my real life and the folks that really know me past the tattoos and chains,” Brantley told Rare Country in a recent interview. “It was an awesome shoot and I’m really proud [of] how it turned out.”

Of course, his dichotomy between sweet and tough has something Brantley has wrestled with his entire life. And gosh knows country fans will likely see a new, softer side of Brantley once his new baby arrives.

“I already know what this baby means to me and I haven’t even seen him yet,” Brantley tells us. “I can only imagine what’s in store for us. I can say that motorcycle riding speed has slowed down significantly (laughs) and that there’s probably going to be a lot more that is going to change in the near future.”
