On the night of Sunday, April 3, in Las Vegas, country superstar Sam Hunt was up for his first two Academy of Country Music Awards ever.

The 31-year-old heartthrob from Cedartown, Ga., was still riding the success of his 2014 smash debut album, “Montevallo.”

Over the last few years, Hunt has been nominated for numerous awards related to “Montevallo” and looked to take home album of the year and single of the year for “Take Your Time.”

During the 2016 ACM Awards, Sam opted not to to perform “Take Your Time”and instead sang “Make You Miss Me.”

What an unbelievable performance!
